Market Britain’s northernmost islands in midwinter at a time when tourist visits dwindle. Meanwhile, attract online traffic to the Promote Shetland website and social media channels, to raise awareness for shoulder season escapes within the UK.

How do you create a powerful brand video that emphasises the thrill of being outside in the darkest months of the year? Crashing waves, empty beaches, swirling winds. The Results:

A film hosted by Simon Parker that was published by Promote Shetland and The Telegraph. Attracting more than 40,000 views on YouTube and Instagram, this film played into a much wider marketing campaign, which has seen shoulder season tourism increase.
